How I started is simple: I found myself stuck in the day-to-day grind, giving everything to everyone else and running on empty. Something had to give! Learning to take care of myself the same way I take care of everything and everyone else has been a game changer, and a clean home is a big part of how I do that.
For me, cleaning has always been more than a chore; it’s self care. My way to reset, feel accomplished, and keep me sane. It's my therapy.
